Rochelle A. Harding, Esq.

Ms. Harding is a Las Vegas native who graduated from the William S. Boyd School of Law and is admitted to the Nevada Bar and licensed to practice in the Nevada Federal District Court. Advocating for her clients' rights and ensuring those rights are protected has always been her passion.
Ms. Harding initially focused her practice on personal injury and workers' compensation but found her true calling in family law. She finds it deeply rewarding to help clients reach resolutions in their family disputes and has represented hundreds of clients in matters including divorce, custody, child support, guardianship, termination of parental rights, and adoptions. In addition to family law, Ms. Harding has extensive experience in personal injury and criminal matters.
Ms. Harding is deeply committed to serving her community. During the COVID-19 pandemic, she volunteered as a mediator and helped protect hundreds of tenants from eviction while ensuring homeowners received the necessary funds to pay their mortgages. She has also volunteered for the "Ask a Lawyer" program, represented foster children in dependency actions, and accepted pro bono cases through Southern Nevada Legal Aid. Ms. Harding was honored to be recognized by Southern Nevada Legal Aid for her commitment to pro bono work in the Las Vegas community.
During law school, Ms. Harding received the prestigious Capstone Award for her upper-division writing requirement. During her undergraduate studies, she was inducted into several honor societies, including Sigma Xi Honors Research Society, Beta Gamma Sigma Business Honors Society, Phi Kappa Phi Honors Society, and Phi Beta Kappa Honors Society. She was also active in theatrical performances and received a scholarship for her leading roles in various productions.

Brittany recently graduated from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas with a bachelor's degree in psychology, and is attending law school in Oregon. With over five years of experience in family law, she is passionate about facilitating reform in the legal system to ensure rights are protected and justice is upheld. Outside of work, Brittany enjoys attending live theater performances, online gaming, and spending time with friends.

Debbie has worked in the legal field since 2000 and began focusing on family law in 2017. Outside the office, she is a passionate animal advocate and shares her home with two dogs and a cat. Debbie dedicates much of her personal time to her adult son, who is on the autism spectrum. She is also an avid reader of historical fiction and enjoys exploring fine dining experiences, particularly those featuring innovative cuisines.

Lisa has been a paralegal for over six years with experience in civil and criminal law, but she has found her passion in family law. She finds it deeply rewarding to help clients navigate the legal system and is most satisfied when she can facilitate a resolution that brings clarity and peace to families. Outside of work, Lisa is an active volunteer at Las Vegas Little Theater, where she operates the sound system and assists with lighting for productions. She also enjoys reading, taking long walks, sewing, and knitting.

Paetra started their career into Family Law, fresh out of high school; and has been working with Harding Law Firm for over half a year. They aspire to become a paralegal and will be attending the University of Nevada Las Vegas next year. Becky brings over nine years of experience and a strong background in working with children and families. Throughout her career, she has discovered a passion for the legal industry, where she has had the opportunity to provide guidance, support, and comfort to families navigating some of life’s most difficult and uncertain times. As a mother of four, Becky brings a unique level of compassion, empathy, and understanding to her work. She recognizes the challenges families may face during stressful and frustrating circumstances and strives to help them feel supported throughout the process. Outside of work, Becky enjoys spending quality time with her family of six and their beloved puppy.
